How to finalize a booking request:

To finalize the reservation you must:

 

  • If you accept the quote online you will automatically receive the invoice, in the paragraph 'note:' you will find the amount of the deposit that you must send to us by post to the address below*. Upon receipt of these, you will receive a new updated invoice on which you will find the remaining balance to be paid when you pick up the bikes.

  • If you have not accepted the quote online, you can still send it to us .  by post, accompanied by a deposit check, or, make a bank transfer (ask for our bank details by email) for an amount equivalent to the first day of rental per bike. (you will find the total amount of the deposit on the quote)*.

Upon receipt of the deposit, you will receive  a confirmation email, The reservation will be deemed acquired only upon receipt  of this one.*  If we do not receive your deposit within 10 days we will send you an email to which you will have to respond, without response to your reservation request.  will be cancelled .

(In high season it is impossible for us to make reservations by phone, prefer  the email )

* Attention the estimate remains valid only 12 days after its sending. During this period the bikes are pre-reserved for you pending your deposit. After this time we can no longer guarantee the availability of the bikes for the desired period.If you're a little late and you haven't received the confirmation email as  the expiry date, send us an email so that we can wait  a few more days.

Issue 1:

  • I come to St-Cyprien, how can I make sure that the bikes are available? 



1) Your stay is scheduled before the high season (before July-August) in which case it is not necessary to book, there is little chance that the bikes will not be available. To reassure you, you can always go to the store or contact us by phone.

2) Your stay is planned in high season, in this case, the simplest method is to request a quote online from the site, after receiving the quote, accept the proposal  and quickly send us the deposit to finalize your reservation.

In July and August we cannot  not make a reservation of less than two days online.

Reservations less than or equal to two days are made only in store if availability  permits.

Question 2:*

  • I cannot provide the amount of guarantee, can I leave you my identity papers?
     

Unfortunately, no bike will be given to the customer who does not pay the amount of the guarantee. This rule is not negotiable.

Issue 3:

  • Rental bikes  are they covered in case of theft or damage?

No, the bikes are not covered by an insurance contract, which is why a guarantee amount  is requested from the customer during the rental period. The client, as stipulated in the rental contract, agrees to take care of all insurance issues. (both for voluntary or accidental damage and for theft).

In the event of damage to the equipment, he undertakes to pay the damage at the rate specified in the rental conditions which we invite you to consult.

In case of theft of the bicycle, the guarantee amount is kept in full and an invoice  will be returned to you.

We advise you to contact your insurer to find out the conditions of insurance in the event of theft of rented equipment.

Issue 4:

  • Provide equipment with the bikes?

We provide one lock per bike and a repair kit (or an extra inner tube) to allow you to repair your punctures at no extra cost.  The repair by us is not included in the rental price. It will be billed to you at the preferential “rental” rate displayed in store.
